BASIC HOME WATCH: We will conduct weekly or daily inspections of your residence depending on your needs. We will check the following:

• Inspect electrical systems are operational
• Check the heating and air conditioning systems and document temperature
• Inspect appliances
• Check all windows and doors to make sure they are secure, no moisture or insect intrusion
• Run water in the sinks, toilets and shower to ensure drains are working properly
• Check for signs of mold or mildew
• Water plants if applicable
• Visual check for roof status
• Garage inspection
• Visual check of pool
• Check for signs of vandalism
• Provide digital photographs to document any home damage for you and your insurance company
• Picking up mail, packages and removing door hangers
• Starting parked vehicles to insure battery is still charged and maintain trickle charge is operational

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• Accepting deliveries for unit owners
• Picking up mail
• Provide cleaning service for your residence
• Provide boat watch and running of boat motors 
• Ensure your contractors are on the job
• Vehicle check, running engine and checking oil
• Prepare your residence before you arrive and after you leave
• Provide names of licensed contractors if you need any repair work done
• Starting parked vehicles/checking that battery is still charged
• Special Inspection following a storm
