NEAPOLITAN HOME WATCH SERVICES
BASIC HOME WATCH: We will conduct weekly or bi-weekly inspections of your residence depending on your needs. Our service will provide the following:

• Check electrical system to ensure power is on and no circuit breakers are tripped
• Check the air conditioning system is working and cooling the residence properly
• Check all windows and doors to make sure they are secure
• Check the entire residence
• Visual check for any roof damage
• Flushing toilets and running water in the sinks to ensure drains are working properly
• Provide digital photographs for insurance company to document any damage
• Check all doors to ensure they are locked
• Check for signs of mold or mildew
• Visual check of pool
• Garage inspection
• Checking for rodents or insects

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• Accepting deliveries for unit owners
• Picking up mail
• Provide cleaning service for your residence
• Provide boat watch and running of boat motors
• Ensure your contractors are on the job
• Vehicle check, running engine and checking oil
• Prepare your residence before you arrive and after you leave
• Provide names of licensed contractors if you need any repair work done
• Alarm and emergency service responder

Our Rates are $50 per month 
One Month Commitment, one inspection per week for homes under 2500 sq ft
For inspections on an as needed basis $15.00 per visit
Hourly rates available for above listed services
